The opportunity
Mawson Lakes Mazda was gearing up for its Christmas trading period and set the target of 10 new car sales prior to closing for the holidays. The dealership was keen to maximise results in a competitive market and within a limited time frame.
The results
The results exceeded expectations: Mawson Lakes Mazda sold 27 cars in just two days, well above their original target of 10. The dealership ranked as the number two Mazda dealership in Australia for the campaign period.
Following the results of this short-term TV campaign, Zest Advertising rolled out a longer-term brand campaign for Mawson Lakes Mazda that is reaping rewards. The dealership sold 182 new vehicles in a month making it the second biggest in Australia despite operating in the smallest market.
“Considering Adelaide’s relatively small population of 1.5 million, the campaign highlights how TV advertising delivers exceptional reach and tangible business outcomes in a short time frame.”
Zest Advertising Media Director Tom Coombe
